New Holland
Created during the reign of Peter the Great, New Holland is an artificial island located in the heart of St. Petersburg . The project envisages regeneration of the entire island (over 7.6 hectares ), including renovation of its 18th and 19th century buildings, which will be carefully preserved and adapted for modern use, as well as construction of exciting new structures. The resulting multifunctional center will include extensive cultural and exhibition facilities, luxury hotels, offices, serviced apartments, underground parking, retail outlets and entertainment areas.
Designed by Lord Norman Foster, this project won the coveted "Future Project Award" at MIPIM in 2007.

The Passage
The Passage (St. Petersburg) is a historic luxury shopping arcade located on the Nevsky Prospekt. RussianLand will conduct an internal renovation project while maintaining the properties existing architecturally important facade. The redevelopment will include the conversion of the underground storage space into retail premises, and the remodeling of the second and ground floors to make them more compatible with retailer needs.
