Russia Tower
Standing at over 600 meters tall and located within the “Moscow City” business district, Russia Tower is expected to be the tallest building in Europe.
The “Three Towers in One” concept has been designed by Foster + Partners and will incorporate a vast central atrium. The project will include the following functions: serviced apartments, office space, retail areas; a hotel, a luxury spa, an observation platform, restaurants, and underground parking facilities.
RussianLand secured the rights for the project in 2004.

Hotel Rossia
RussianLand is developing a new quarter on the site of the former Hotel Rossia, which in its day was one of the world’s largest hotels and the largest in Europe. The site, covering ca. 12 hectares, is located on Moscow’s Red Square, adjacent to the Kremlin and the Moscow river embankment. Accordingly, it is one of the most high profile real estate developments in the world today.
The redevelopment concept, designed by Foster & Partners together with Russian architects Alexander Kuzmin and Mikhail Posokhin, envisages a new pedestrianized zone combining residential, commercial and cultural components. The project will include the following functions: serviced apartments, retail areas, luxury hotels, two concert halls, a museum and underground parking facilities.
RussianLand won the tender to redevelop the site in 2004.

Granatny
Granatny (Moscow) is an elite residential project under construction. It will consist of 18 luxury apartments and 32 underground parking spaces. It is located in a highly sought after district in the centre of the city.
New Sovietskaya
This extravagant 5-star hotel project is focused on the business community. The project envisages a hotel of c.450 room and an additional c.20,000 gross sqm of apartments for sale. New Sovietskaya is located adjacent to logistic artery Leningradsky Schosse.
Sovietsky Hotel
The Sovietsky Hotel is a landmark soviet era luxury hotel. Current plans envisage an internal state-of-the-art renovation and the construction of a new tower within the inner court. The existing hotel consists of 199 rooms over a space of more than 20,000 sqm.
