Tea Factory
The Tea Factory (Irkutsk) is one of the first high end mixed-use projects to be initiated in this rapidly growing regional city. The site is located on the banks of the river Angara and is close to the city’s main square. The 1.7 hectare site, formerly a tea factory, will be developed into office, retail, and prime residential space. RussianLand acquired the rights to the Tea Factory in 2007.
