RussianLand is a premium real estate development and services company. It will cover all aspects of the value chain of real estate development, from identifying and acquiring prime projects to designing and developing them together with the world’s leading architects and specialists.
History
RussianLand Limited was established in Jersey in 2007 and will be the holding company for the real estate business (previously operating under the STT Group name) of Mr. Chalva Tchigirinsky. Mr. Tchigirinsky founded his first real estate company in 1989 and is a pioneer of the Russian real estate market. His real estate interests will be rolled up into RussianLand, which includes world-class projects such as the redevelopment of the Hotel Rossia site, Russia Tower (both in Moscow) and New Holland (St. Petersburg).
Strategy
RussianLand’s strategy is based on a "Best in Class" approach. RussianLand is identifying and acquiring prime locations and projects in Moscow, St Petersburg and other strategically targeted Russian regions, with a view to developing them with the best-quality resources and seeking to maximize risk-adjusted returns through optimal financing and alliances.
