Joint Venture
RussianLand and Implenia formed the “RussianLand Implenia” Joint Venture in November 2007. Controlled equally by the two partners, the Joint Venture will assume responsibility for the project and facilities management of RussianLand’s investments. RussianLand Implenia is also exploring opportunities in Russia’s rapidly expanding civil infrastructure sector.
The Joint Venture brings together the unique and complementary skills of both parties. RussianLand provides local knowledge and access to the Russian market while Implenia brings extensive technical expertise in the planning and implementation of complex projects to the highest of international standards.
